Parade saddle with hand-carved and painted continuous scenes of New England landscapes - an oceanfront pine forest and a lakeside mountain forest. Matching breastcollar has a hand-carved and painted winter and spring scene with handmade wolf head center piece. Matching bridle features face decoration, custom bit, and braided romal reins with sterling silver beading. The custom-made corona pad is in the colors of the New England flag. The set features 43 custom fine silver conchos, a custom fine silver bit, and fine silver decorative hardware. Each New England state has its state (wild) animal, wildflower, fish, and tree featured somewhere on the saddle - as well as plenty of "bonus" wildlife to find. This saddle was entered in the Breyerfest 2023 Best Customs theme category, "Dress to Impress." It took first place. This saddle has since gone on to win me many Parade class NAN cards, even though I can never bear to put a rider in it.
